Elise got started in the HVAC industry in 2003, picking it up as a second job. Little did she know that it would soon become her career of choice. The control side of heating and coolinglearning and understanding the way things follow sequence and respond to the actions of another sequencereally piqued her interest. Elise is now an indoor comfort designer for Cyclone Contracting in Ames. She custom designs complete heating and cooling systems to provide people with "the comfort they deserve in their castles."

When asked what she’d like to be doing five years from now, she said, “I plan to be doing just what I’m doing now—serving people by making their homes the 'coolest' place to be.”
